Michael Swain, a retired NYPD 1st Grade Detective, is founder and President of Secure Concepts LLC. Mr. Swain is a career law enforcement professional with over 20 years of practical and educational experience within the NYPD, as well as within the private security, investigations, and consulting sectors.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice as well as a certificate in Professional Security Management.
He has 6 years of prior experience running the day to
day operations of one of New York City’s premier private investigative
agencies.
