Len is highly trained, having attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology and he is very experienced, having worked in the field of radio frequency (RF) engineering since 1975. He has conducted hundreds of counter surveillance investigations in and around the New York City area. He has developed his own methodology of conducting an electronic investigation to ensure thoroughness. His arsenal of test equipment ensures that all means of surveillance can be identified during the investigation.
